Job Summary

We are seeking experienced construction superintendents with multi‑family project experience to support upcoming multifamily and mixed‑use projects. The position is based out of North Denver, CO. Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year.

• $100,000–$135,000 base salary (depending on experience)

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities for assigned projects, including self‑perform and subcontracted work.
• Supervise field staff and all subcontractor trades to ensure schedule, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the project master schedule and daily work plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, commissioning, and site logistics.
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for ownership, design teams, and internal project leadership.
• Review drawings and specifications, identify constructability concerns, and resolve field issues in real time.
• Enforce quality control standards and project documentation requirements.
• Promote and enforce site safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, and lead safety meetings.
• Complete performance feedback for field personnel and support workforce planning.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, and project handoff activities as needed.

• 5+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Strong background delivering wood‑frame multifamily projects.
• Experience supervising multiple subcontractor trades in an active jobsite environment.
• Comfortable working full‑time on site from a jobsite trailer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in multifamily, affordable housing, and residential construction is a plus.
• Estimating or preconstruction exposure is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus.
