Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Superintendent – Multi‑Family Projects
Position available in North Denver, CO. Salary $100,000 – $135,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities for assigned projects, including self‑perform and subcontracted work.
- Supervise field staff and subcontractor trades to ensure schedule, quality, and productivity targets are met.
- Develop, maintain, and drive the project master schedule and daily work plans.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, commissioning, and site logistics.
- Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for ownership, design teams, and internal project leadership.
- Review drawings and specifications, identify constructability concerns, and resolve field issues in real time.
- Enforce quality control standards and project documentation requirements.
- Promote and enforce site safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, and lead safety meetings.
- Complete performance feedback for field personnel and support workforce planning.
- Support preconstruction, estimating, and project handoff activities as needed.
- 5+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
- Strong background delivering wood‑frame multifamily projects.
- Experience supervising multiple subcontractor trades on an active jobsite.
- Comfortable working full time on site from a jobsite trailer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
- Experience in multifamily, affordable housing, or residential construction is a plus.
- Estimating or preconstruction exposure is a plus.
- OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus.
- Competitive base salary ($100,000 – $135,000).
