Customer Service Agent Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Operate the Front Desk and PBX console.
- Respond to inquiries promptly.
- Handle bookings and reservations.
- Provide information on hotel services.
- Adhere to cash handling policies.
- Be aware of rates and promotions.
- Understand emergency procedures.
- Efficiently handle check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Use communication tools when necessary.
- Operate the computer system.
- Complete tasks on the checklist.
- Maintain a clean work area.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
