Winter Front Desk Agent

Location:

Frisco, Colorado – Copper Mountain Resort is a vacation destination located 75 miles west of Denver in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Front Desk Agent (Seasonal)

Proposed hourly rate: $18.50 to $20.40+, adjusted based on experience. Eligible for employee season pass and various resort privileges. Additional discounts on food, beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.

Welcome guests to Copper Mountain Resort and provide assistance with all aspects of lodging accommodations. Maintain a professional demeanor under stressful situations and deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance. Focus on creating a positive experience for all guests.

• Perform check‑in and check‑out functions efficiently.
• Greet guests at the Lodging Reception Center.
• Answer phone calls courteously and provide accurate information.
• Manage stressful situations calmly, focusing on solutions.
• Participate in sales culture by booking walk‑ins, upselling reservations, and promoting front‑desk products.
• Accountable for cash handling and turning in monies to accounting.
• Maintain a friendly, music‑filled, neat work environment.
• Assist new employees in learning job functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Background check required after position accepted.

• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1‑2 years in a guest‑service position required.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook; ability to type.
• Clear communication in English; neat and presentable appearance.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities may evolve; the role may involve new duties and transfer of others as needed.
