Training Pay Starts at $50K but earn $60K-75K in your 1st year! Most team members earn between 80K-120K after their first year
Key Responsibilities- Assist walk-in guests with their appliance and mattress replacement needs (no cold-calling) at the guaranteed best prices!
- Work with manufacturer reps to foster training opportunities and customer support
- Work closely with logistics and other support teams to ensure the best customer service
- Earn bonuses for hitting goals!
- Help maintain the professionalism of our showroom and displays
- Execute local marketing initiatives
- You're a team player with a positive attitude who wants to advance their career (we're growing!)
- You enjoy learning about products and sharing that information
- You care about helping others!
- Weekends required, 2 days off during the week
- Most shifts are 9AM to 6PM, 11AM to 6PM on Sundays
- No late nights!
