• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for Toddler 2 students.
• Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration.
• Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning community.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions.

• Must possess an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) certification.
• Experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
