Starting Wage: $20.00/hr
Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Shift Type:
Full Time and Part Time hours available. For Full-Time Instructors, a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Deliver world‑class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
- Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of time
- Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
- As a Non‑Certified Ski Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one‑resort mentality which could include:
- Lift Experience
- Mountain Activities
- Food and Beverage Support
- Base Area Operations
- Retail Rental Operations
- Additional requirements for hires under age 18:
Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate - The expected pay range is $20.00/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
