Job Description

Step into an engaging educational environment as a contract School Psychologist positioned within a vibrant elementary setting. The assignment runs from late September through mid-November, offering a chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic, onsite school setting near Denver, CO.

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:
  • Active ‘Professional Special Services License’ issued by the Colorado Department of Education, or documented licensure application if traveling from another state.
  • Experience as a School Psychologist within a school-based environment is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interviewing, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated energetic, approachable, and optimistic demeanor.
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 40 students.
  • Willingness and readiness for onsite-only work for the entire assignment duration.
  • For travelers—proven experience researching travel plans, area accommodations, and logistical details.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive psychological services to K–5 students on-site.
  • Conduct assessments, consultations, and develop intervention plans supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster a safe, inclusive school culture.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and thorough documentation.
