Martin/Martin, Inc. is a civil, structural, and investigative consulting engineering firm with offices across the U.S. and a history dating to the 1940s. Projects include water and wastewater facilities and related master planning, with experience in national and international settings.
Responsibilities- Utilize AutoCAD/Civil3D to design, detail, and coordinate small to medium size projects within time allotments and budgets.
- Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and CAD technicians.
- Serve as point-of-contact with Clients, Contractors and other design disciplines.
- Provide quality-control check of work produced.
- Provide project construction administration support including shop drawing review, responses to RFIs, and field observations.
- Attend project meetings during design and construction.
- Monitor project budgets and review and/or approve invoicing to clients.
- Work overtime, when necessary.
- Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum. - Registered Professional Engineer license in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 3 months.
- 4–8 years of progressive Civil Engineering experience.
- Eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work in the Denver area. Relocation reimbursement may be provided, depending on role and function.
- Project experience in treatment facilities (water and wastewater), water/wastewater master planning, pumping stations, storage tanks, septic, regulatory design review and permitting, and hydraulic modeling for sewer/water.
- Desired:
Min 4 years’ experience in Water/Wastewater engineering;
Min 1 year’s experience with Professional Engineer license;
AutoCAD, Civil3D, Storm
CAD, Flow Master, BioWIN proficiency; knowledge of local permitting;
Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
- Base Salary:
Estimated range $86,000 to $102,500 annually (California/Colorado-based hires). - Annual Bonus:
Discretionary program. - Base salary reviews and increases, dependent on job level and company performance.
