We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our Summit County office.

A Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical/civil engineering or a related technical field is required.

• 4+ years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing experience.
• Registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in English.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable driving record (per MVR).
• Ability to work independently, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Personality traits to interact with a wide variety of clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare project-specific scope and fee proposals.
• Manage projects from proposal development through completion.
• Conduct occasional construction site visits to identify issues and provide workable solutions.
• Perform engineering analysis to develop project-specific geotechnical recommendations.
• Generate and present well‑written geotechnical studies.
