Schedules activities of system designer/engineers and CAD operators, assists in establishing priorities, and ensures that design and support meet customer needs.

• Ensure engineering deliverables conform to customer specifications at all phases.
• Maintain a technical library including standardized drawing packages and as-built drawings.
• Work with Director of Engineering to evaluate performance, identify needs, and assist with training and development.
• Establish and maintain work schedules for all Engineers, Designers, and CAD Operators.
• Provide technical advice and resolve problems in support of all channels.
• Develop and maintain business processes to sustain efficient design and documentation.
• Meet with customers to define and improve deliverables.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with employees and managers to promote a cooperative environment.

• Senior System Engineer/Designer
• System Engineer/Designer II
• System Engineer/Designer I
• Senior CAD Operator
• CAD Operator

• Two year Technical degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering and/or equivalent technical degree.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or working toward completing one.
• Three years experience in a role where fundamentals of electronics are used daily or as an Electrical Engineer.
• Management experience with a similar supervisory structure.
