Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Now hiring candidates 18 or older for all positions, including gaming licensed positions (Must be 21 or older for Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender)
Responsibilities- Receive emergency and nonemergency phone or radio calls
- Dispatch security officers to emergency and nonemergency calls around the property utilizing the computer and radio systems
- Responsible for the timely and accuracy of the daily key reports by shift
- Monitor the safety of guests, team members, and security officers
- Monitors the fire alarm system for the property
- Adheres to departmental and company policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism in all company matters.
- Provides superior guest experience through consistent, positive interaction.
- Knowledgeable of applicable state laws, gaming regulations and security standard operating procedures.
- Ability to navigate other computer applications that are applicable
- Ability to maintain a level of composure during stressful situations and advance knowledge of the property emergency preparedness plan
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in a dispatch environment preferred
- Ability to affectively record information while receiving communications through phone or radio
- Active listener
- Sound judgment and critical thinking area must.
- Advanced knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with critical situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work shift and team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a guest service-related field required.
