Job Description

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and engage with all Guests, acting as an ambassador of FUN
• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe
• Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Ensure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partner with the Technical Team to report wear‑and‑tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key)
• Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest‑focused mindset (we heart our Guests)
• Savvy with technology and willing to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (teamwork makes the dream work)
• Effective communication with management, team members, and Guests

Salary Compensation is from $14.42 - $16 per hour. Salary Range: $15.16 - $15.74 per hour.
