Job Overview
Bank of America is looking for a Client Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs of individuals and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists.
Responsibilities- Deepen client relationships through platform services.
- Support clients with self‑service or transactional activities.
- Provide exceptional client care.
- Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow‑up routines.
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment; or a minimum of six months in the role of Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, and changing circumstances.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs.
- Effective time‑management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Current or soon‑obtained notary commission in the state of employment.
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
- Retail and/or sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
- Experience in an environment with individual and/or team goals routinely met or exceeded.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and laptop technology.

Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Pay & BenefitsHourly pay range: $24.00 – $30.67, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentive opportunities.
