HiringSalary
The hiring range is $31.17 - $34.64 / Hourly. Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in architecture, planning, building sciences, construction management, or a related field.
- Four years of experience in interpreting, enforcing, and administering codes and zoning ordinances. Each year of required education may be substituted with two additional years of directly related experience.
- Must have or obtain International Code Council (ICC)/American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE) Zoning Inspector certification within six months from date of hire.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
