Provides physical therapy examination and evaluation to determine prognosis, intervention, and update plan of care. Assists manager with clinical and operational issues and works with the manager to improve processes and utilization of rehab services.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program and current New Jersey licensure are required, along with CPR certification. For home care roles, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance are needed.
