American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Technologist with recent acute care cath lab experience and ARRT(R) or RCIS/RCES certification for a fast-turnaround assignment.

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 3 holding bays and 2 cath/procedure suites
• Team of 9 staff members with a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio in the procedural area
• Uses GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
• Day shift schedule, 4x9 hour shifts, approximately 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM
• Pre/post procedure hours vary around 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities shared evenly across a 4-week schedule, typically 8-12 call days
• Two nights of on-call and approximately every third weekend required
• Must be housed within 30 minutes of the facility while on call

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience
• BLS required
• ARRT (R) or RCIS/RCES required
• Candidates holding RCIS/RCES must be willing to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to starting
• ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred
• Holding and monitoring experience preferred
• License required if applicable
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months

• Perform procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, and peripheral diagnostic and interventional studies
• Assist with pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests

• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• No local candidates accepted
• No RTO or special scheduling accommodations available for this assignment
