What We're Looking For
We seek licensed psychotherapists who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about comprehensive client care. You'll join a supportive team of 28 professionals dedicated to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.
Your ideal profile:
- Independent yet collaborative working style
- Specialty area of expertise or strong interest in developing one
- Comfort with flexible scheduling, must include either one evening or a weekend day
- Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care
- Enthusiasm for integrated treatment approaches
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and/or couples, and family therapy in a supportive team environment
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive client care
- Maintain a caseload with an average of 25 clients per week
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings every week
- Contribute to our mission of accessible, stigma-free mental health care

Requirements
Education & Licensing:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed providers:
Current Colorado licensure (LMFT, LPC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electronic health records
- Specialty training or certifications
- Previous group practice experience
