As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Budding Futures, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Thornton 80260 area.

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals

• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans

• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)

• Experience working with children

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to reliably travel to clients in the Thornton 80260 area

• Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
