WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality behavioral health services within our partner hospitals and clinics. You will conduct psychological assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact patient outcomes while working in a supportive, mission-driven staffing organization that values integrity, respect, and long-term professional relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy to diverse patient populations
- Document all clinical encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members on patient care
- Perform risk assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
- Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with WSi Healthcare Personnel and partner facilities regarding scheduling and performance
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain licensure and best practices
- Psychological assessment

- Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (CO)
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from accredited program
