Must-Have: Ability to work independently performing ultrasound general exams, including Abdomens, OB, GYN, Breast, and Vascular/Arterials.
Description:
Responsible for performing ultrasound examinations and diagnostics.
Evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic information to the referring physician and radiologist.
Assume responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients in the Imaging Department.
Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and effectively communicate with service engineers for repairs.
Ability to perform general diagnostic radiology procedures.
Willingness to cross-train into other imaging modalities.
Organize daily work schedule and perform related clerical duties, including scheduling patients.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and healthcare teams.
Follow established departmental procedures.
