Green Light ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD and developmental needs in the Thornton, CO area. Roles offer flexible full-time or part-time hours, typically 15–40 per week, with 4- or 8-hour shifts.
Pay ranges $25–$31 per hour, based on experience. RBTs work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, under BCBA supervision, to implement programs, collect data, and support skill development.
