Hotel Housekeeping
The Housekeeping Team Lead will assist the housekeeping management staff in directing the operations of the Housekeeping Department to achieve the expected level of guest satisfaction as determined by the management. Opens the housekeeping office daily, assigns workload to staff, and assures all rooms are listed with the correct status each day before they leave.
Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).

- Communicating housekeeping and guest related information to the correct person(s). This includes but is not limited to daily cleaning assignments, maintenance requests, priority rooms, front desk, guest service information, special requests, etc.
- Follow up on incoming calls and emails related to Housekeeping on a daily basis.
- Track the progress of the housekeeping team, works closely with the Assistant Exec Housekeeper to ensure housekeepers and inspectors are properly updating the housekeeping system and that rooms are being prioritized as they should.
- Verifies all room statuses are correct in the computer at the end of the day and properly follows up on any inconsistencies.
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with the housekeeping staff, Front Desk team and Maintenance team.
- Assist with inventory as needed.
- Management of lost and found.
- Assists with inspecting rooms as needed.
- Schedule and track off-season deep cleans which includes carpet cleaning, dry cleaning, and requests for maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school required/college degree preferred
- Familiarity with an office/call center
- Minimum 6 months experience in Housekeeping Operations
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Conversational Spanish very helpful
- Valid Colorado license or the ability to obtain
- Attention to detail, multi task oriented, professional mannerism, strong organizational and writing skills, work well with a diverse team
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $27.05/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
