Position Summary:

The Host/Hostess serves as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. This position manages reservations, coordinates seating flow, and ensures that all members and guests receive attentive, personalized service consistent with thehigh standards of a private golf club environment.

• Greet members and guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort members and guests to tables and present menus.
• Communicate seating updates and special requests to servers and management.
• Maintain an organized andaccuratereservation system.
• Answer phones professionally andassistwith dining inquiries.
• Monitor dining room flow tooptimizeservice and guest experience.
• Assistwithspecial events, tournaments, and private functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
• Thank members and guests as theydepartand invite them to return.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak golf season.

Salary: $13 per hour (hourly)
