HR Generalist​/Recruiter

We’re seeking an HR Generalist with a strong recruiting background to support hiring efforts in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with managers, driving the hiring process, and helping bring skilled talent into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and share candidate feedback
• Source candidates through direct applicants, internal pipelines, and staffing partners
• Support recruiting events such as job fairs and campus outreach
• Assist with onboarding activities including offer letters, background checks, and drug screen coordination
• Help ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from application through hire

• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and external staffing vendors
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially with onboarding documentation
