Provide Basis Administration which includes implementation of strategies and collaborative efforts to support Terumo BCT's SAP environment. Perform hands‑on technical tasks as necessary in support of development, testing and operations.

• Support of the following SAP Applications: ECC 6.0, Business Warehouse 7.5, Process Integration 7.4, Solution Manager 7.2 on S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori 7.5 and GRC 12.
• Participate in project implementations, post‑production support, troubleshooting and problem resolution, providing SAP technical expertise and contributing a strategy to meet the company's business objectives for worldwide implementation.
• Perform administration tasks which include support of existing SAP ECC 6.0 and Net Weaver landscapes and supporting future upgrades to new SAP versions. Additional responsibilities include interfaces, release changes and modifications to the SAP environment under supervision.
• Provide technical support, including rotation of 24x7 on‑call responsibilities, of the following SAP components:
  Solution Manager, Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance and Controller (FI/CO), Web Application server, Enterprise Portal, Business Information Warehouse, Single‑Sign On, integration with monitoring tools and additional components as the implementation expands.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Work closely with the Basis team to support development and functional teams to resolve application issues.
• Working with Basis team, implement SAP upgrades and other related products including support of testing and other audits to ensure consistency of the SAP application and compliance with regulations.

• Monitor Early Watch sessions and daily operational support tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Minimum 2 year's experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the administration of SAP Net Weaver based applications including ECC, BW, PI, GRC, Fiori and Solution Manager.
• Experience supporting inter‑application integration, including interfaces to non‑ECC and R/3 systems and third‑party tools used in the SAP environment.

• In depth knowledge of SAP and associated components.
• Good understanding of SAP HANA database management (HANA Cockpit), S/4
  
  HANA administration, SAP BTP knowledge and Transport Management.
• Experience with Cloud Connector, SaaS solutions, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Ability to provide both system and application administration to ensure the stable operation of SAP systems and related components running on Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to resolve administration issues.
• Demonstrated success with installations, upgrades, configuration, system lifecycle management, database administration, system and client copies, transport management, and monitoring of SAP infrastructure in a complex system landscape.
• Good understanding of swap and memory utilization.
• Strong knowledge with SQL Server file system management, including skills in SAN and NAS administration as it relates to the SAP environment.
