Role Overview
Supports the installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices, responds to and resolves incidents, and communicates with the team. Performs configuration management functions, coordinates network operations, and maintains repairs or upgrades. Has experience with CISCO/Juniper RMA process, Layer 1, 2, and 3 network experience, and configuration/troubleshooting of switches/routers.
What You Will DoComplete assigned tasks within Service Level Objectives/Agreements (SLOs/SLAs), draft and implement standard network change requests, provide support to Tier III network engineers for incident management and projects, and perform IOS upgrades for Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, and Foundry OS.
Why It Might Be a FitMust have 10 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record. Must be able to work independently and in a collaborative environment, and be available to work flexible hours, including weekend support.
Requirements- 10 years of experience
- Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
