- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Help identify solutions to address client challenges
- Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings
- Communicate ideas and insights effectively
- Support the design, configuration, prototyping, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions
- Assist with system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
- Deliver end-user training and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets, best practices, and intellectual property
- Continuously build knowledge of Oracle Cloud, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled business solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and desire to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
- Ability to quickly learn and apply financial, business, and technical concepts
- Exposure through coursework, internships, or projects to programming (e.g., Java, Python, HTML), SQL, databases, reporting tools, or data analytics
