Starting Hourly Rate $24.95 USD per hour

Engineering & Facilities (FA1)

Benefits eligible within two weeks of employment. Currently hiring for L1 key shift:
Wednesday - Saturday from 5:00am - 3:15pm.

A role in a Supply Chain Facility means being on the front lines of getting products to the guest as fast as possible. You will collaborate across the enterprise to support the business.

• Support Maintenance Technicians in performing mechanical preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
• Act as a Qualified Electrical Assistant for electrical safety processes.
• Support maintenance personnel in installation/removal of equipment.
• Evaluate and inspect the interior/exterior of the facility.
• Change and maintain PIT batteries, keep records.
• Complete maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of Label Tec Printers.
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, sanders, grinders, pneumatic tools, welders).
• Construct or repair assets such as furniture, shelving, workbenches.
• Perform plumbing tasks and clean drains.
• Perform tasks such as painting and drywall repairs, concrete patching.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs (pest control, HVAC).
• Remove cardboard bales and waste, keep grounds orderly.
• Operate snow removal equipment.
• Drive company vehicles for yard cleanup, escort vendors.
• Operate power equipment safely, use PPE.
• Complete paperwork and requisitions.
• Use handheld devices to create and close Work Orders.
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO, Arc Flash).
• [F&B Only] Execute sanitation and maintenance standards for ammonia refrigeration.

• Lift and carry up to 47 lbs regularly, up to 60 lbs infrequently.
• Move around up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Work in temperature‑controlled environments; may be below freezing.
• Work in small spaces, dust, fumes, hot/cold temperatures, noise, vibration, wet surfaces.
• Access all areas of the Distribution Center, including conveyors and mezzanine platforms.
• Full manual dexterity and coordination in both hands, wrists, feet.

• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Works independently and in a team.
• [F&B Only] Comfortable in temperature‑controlled environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to be certified to operate all power equipment.
• Able to use maintenance tools.
• Can read and comprehend labels, tickets, instructions.
• Can work with minimal supervision and self‑motivate.
