Position Overview
Maintenance is responsible for maintaining gym properties (general building maintenance and repairs) and maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance for all fitness equipment.
Part time: 15-20 hours per week, M-F. Semi flexible schedule must work sometime between the hours of 9am-4pm, with occasional off hours as needed.
- Perform general building maintenance repairs, i.e., basic plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, painting, drywall repair, locks, and preventative maintenance work.
- Maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance tasks for all fitness equipment in gym
- Perform basic maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
- Perform carpentry repair duties
- 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and repair fitness equipment issues
- Ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues related to fitness equipment
- Mechanical minded with ability to adapt to technology related issues
- Routinely lift, pull, push, and bend while lifting up to 75 pounds
- Basic skills with hand and some power tools required
Pay dependent on related experience.
