Pay range per hour: $33.85 - $40.12. The pay is based on labor markets, experience, and certifications.

Engineering & Facilities (MT1). Work within a supply‑chain facility’s automated material handling and equipment. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot, root‑cause analysis, collaborate with mechanics and Senior Systems Engineers, operate company vehicles for maintenance activities, and travel to local stores for parts.

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical & mechanical aspects of MHE: conveyor systems, sortation, scales, printer applicators.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment (PIT, HVAC, air compressors, dryers, balers).
• Conduct basic electrical maintenance and repair of circuits, using multimeter and infrared thermometer.
• Read and understand basic electrical and electronic schematics.
• Execute sanitation standards for industrial ammonia refrigeration (F&B Only).
• Create and close Work Orders via handheld devices and asset‑management systems.
• Maintain positive working relationships across all levels.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.

• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching.
• Lift and move totes or cartons up to 49 lbs.
• Walk frequently within the site.
• Climb ladders and gangways safely.
• Full manual dexterity in both hands, eye/hand coordination, and wrist motion.
• Work in small spaces, dust, fumes, hot/cold temperatures, noise, vibration.
• Stand/walk up to 10‑12 hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for state employment.
• Basic PC competency and ability to use mobile apps on handheld devices.
• Familiar with simple wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring.
• Experience:
  
  work‑order management, preventive/predictive maintenance, industrial tools, basic carpentry & plumbing, blueprint & schematic reading, AC/DC electrical principles, metal fabrication/welding, industrial controls.
• Desired: degree in mechanical or electrical field; 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent; experience with conveyor systems, MHE safety standards, PLC/HMI, robotic operation/maintenance.
