The City of Thornton is seeking a Building Maintenance Specialist to join the Building Maintenance team. You will perform skilled and semi-skilled building construction and maintenance duties across City buildings, and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
This position participates in an on-call rotation for urgent facility needs outside regular hours, with on-call pay in addition to regular compensation.
