Business Operations Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with project management, program management, or business process management.

• 5 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs to support on-boarding and continuous learning.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Experience in leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, investigative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
