Omni is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Commercial, to lead a high-growth team in driving predictable revenue. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include owning new business targets, executing go-to-market strategies, and coaching a high-performing sales team. The compensation range is $300k–$350k OTE, plus equity.

Candidates based in Denver are prioritized, but there are also physical hubs in San Francisco and Santa Cruz.
