Responsibilities
- Manages technical operations program delivery
- Runs new product and solution launch programs, including beta, early-customer, and operational readiness efforts
- Manages stakeholder relationships
- Drives alignment when teams have competing priorities
- Escalates risks and decisions to executive stakeholders with clear data
- Maintains program documentation and status visibility
- First level university degree
- 5+ years in program or project management roles, or in like roles and businesses or relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of operational policies, processes, and methodologies that apply to program management
- Reads technical context well enough to coordinate engineering, services, and product teams without being the technical owner
- Builds and maintains program status reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility
- Writes clear executive communication, including status updates, escalations, and decision briefs
