City of Thornton, Colorado seeks an Engineering and Asset Director to oversee Capital Project Management (water, sewer, transportation, buildings and parks) and Asset Management (real property, fleet, facilities, custodial). The department includes about 70 staff and oversees roughly 75 projects totaling $295M.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of establishing governing principles for consistent delivery of projects and asset replacements.
