You will live on-site for the season, steward camper safety, curriculum, and the family experience, guiding staff, and shaping program quality with a focus on spiritual formation and guest satisfaction.
You will partner with the Day Camps Director to ensure alignment across overnight and day programs, while strengthening camper retention and multi-year engagement with families.
