Pay Range: $24‑$35/hour (DOE)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Wire Harness Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble wiring harnesses, cables, and related components according to specifications. You will work in a fast‑paced environment constructing assemblies from smaller parts while ensuring all products meet strict quality, safety, and customer requirements.
What You Will Do- Verify traveler documents for accurate part numbers, quantities, and revision levels.
- Inspect materials for physical defects or damage before use.
- Prepare cables by cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping, and organizing them for assembly.
- Perform assembly tasks such as loading connectors, applying labels, and installing heat‑shrink tubing.
- Assemble wiring harnesses on production boards following detailed work instructions.
- Complete documentation by signing traveler steps after each operation.
- Ensure all completed parts and materials are properly labeled, packaged, and stored.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Support production needs by assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency with hand tools, inspection tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to operate stripping machines, crimping machines, and manual assembly tools.
- Strong ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Good vision, hearing, and overall manual dexterity.
- Basic familiarity with IPC‑620 quality standards.
- Commitment to adhering to all ISC policies and production procedures.
- Experience in assembly, blueprint reading, crimping, soldering, electronic assembly, or wiring.
- Knowledge of aviation or aerospace industry standards (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with schematics, mechanical assembly, cable assembly, and electronics production.
- Ability to work in a structured, efficiency‑driven production environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
