Assembler Level 1; 1st & 2nd Shifts

Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. Air Squared offers exciting career opportunities on projects such as NASA MOXIE, Leading Electric and Autonomous Vehicle OEMs, DOE Clean Energy initiatives, and other cutting‑edge projects.

We are seeking Assembler Level 1 for the 1st and 2nd shifts to support manufacturing by assembling mechanical components, testing assembled products, and supporting various activities related to the assembly and testing of oil‑free scroll compressors. This role introduces you to the fundamentals of building oil‑free scroll compressors.

Pay Range: $21 – $25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Shift Differential: $1 per hour additional for the 2nd shift.

1st Shift

Hours:

Monday–Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (½ hour unpaid lunch).

2nd Shift

Hours:

Monday–Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (½ hour unpaid lunch).

• Mechanical assembly following instructions and guidelines

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1‑year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions (in English)
• Basic understanding of mechanical components
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Pay attention to details
• Ability to work on feet for a full 8‑10 hour shift every day
