Production Operator

Job Title:

Production Operator Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines including Safety, GMP, and SQF.
• Follow verbal and written directions.
• Eagerness to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stand during a 10‑hour shift and lift up to 55 lbs.

• Production Supervisors
• QA Manager and Technicians
• Maintenance Manager
• Director of Operations

• Full Time – Non‑Exempt ($18‑20/hour)

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work occasional nights and weekends.
• Team member attitude.
• 1–2 years of food or FMCG manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Food handling and manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Fluent English required.

• Bilingual preferred.
• Hobart equipment knowledge.

• In‑person.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Thornton, CO 80023 before starting work (required).
