While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.

As leader of the C2

BMC team, Lockheed Martin directs a partnership of highly responsive industry leaders developing and fielding the backbone of America’s missile defense. Together, this national team supports the design, development, test, integration and fielding of hardware and software elements that enable the Missile Defense System (MDS) to function effectively and continually. BMC systems, servers, and other components during ground tests in an HWIL environment and eventually the Operational environment. The collection and staging of data will also be performed in coordination with the System Test Data Manager. Ideally, in parallel the candidate will become knowledgeable in the architecture, network, and data flows of the complex C2
