izzio Artisan Bakery is seeking a Line Shift Manager to lead daily production line operations in a fast-paced bakery. You will supervise line leads and production staff, coach for performance, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.
The role requires strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and proven ability to drive labor efficiency and reduc waste while maintaining product quality. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.
