We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN ready to step into—or continue in—a supervisory leadership role within a high‑performing outpatient oncology clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to lead in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong clinical and operational support.
The RN Supervisor will support a skilled group of registered nurses and medical assistants and work closely with three engaged, supportive physicians. This role is ideal for new leaders looking to develop their management skills or experienced leaders interested in applying their expertise in an outpatient oncology setting. The position reports to a highly supportive manager who is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging leaders.
