Part-Time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am on Saturday and Sunday**## At

** Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

** Successful Candidates:
** Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado CPR certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Experience in SNF/LTC a plus!
** Rate Range: $18-$25
**** Possible pay increase after 60 days for no call offs
