Registered Nurses (RNs) – Pediatric Home Health

Location: Thornton, CO | Surrounding Areas

Pay Range: $35-$38/hour

About the Role: Provide direct, one‑on‑one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Nurses act as clinicians, advocates, educators, and partners to families.

One‑on‑one, patient‑centered pediatric care; flexible scheduling (full‑time, part‑time, PRN); days, nights, weekend shifts; 24/7 clinical and operational support; paid training, SIM lab experiences, ongoing education; career advancement and professional development; supportive mission‑driven team culture.

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Ability to provide care in a home environment
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills

• Pediatric or home‑health experience
• Experience with high‑acuity care (trach, vent, G‑tube)

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities
