Pay Range: $35-$38/hour
About the Role: Provide direct, one‑on‑one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Nurses act as clinicians, advocates, educators, and partners to families.

Responsibilities- Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Ability to provide care in a home environment
- Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills
- Pediatric or home‑health experience
- Experience with high‑acuity care (trach, vent, G‑tube)
- Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities
