We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Vibra Hospital of Denver in Thornton, CO. The role offers a 5,000 USD bonus, is full‑time on day shifts with 12‑hour rotations, and provides an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, friendly environment where you can develop close relationships with patients and families.

Vibra Hospital of Denver is a 54‑bed critical‑care facility that delivers acute care to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. • Assist licensed nursing personnel with providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Apply basic infection control procedures, nutrition, and fluid intake skills.
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or related experience in lieu of education.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six months of hire.

• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
• Professional image and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

The wage range for this role considers factors such as skills, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.95 to $26.02 per hour.
