Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a Part Time Hospice Weekends On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes on weekend shifts. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, support families, and ensure care plans are carried out with compassion and respect.
The role requires an active Colorado RN license, CPR certification, and 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice/home health is preferred.
