Overview

Long Term Acute Care

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels.
• Provide direct care and delegate and supervise all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, utilize professional skills, fulfill responsibilities of the role of the hospital, and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
• Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

Denver, Colorado – a city known for its mountain backdrop, arts scene, diverse neighborhoods, and outdoor recreation.

• BLS, ACLS through AHA required.
• State licensure: CO RN license or RN Compact license, active.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as licensed RN.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required.
• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.

• Previous acute care or specialty hospital experience.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
