Job Summary

The Quality Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring quality compliance and document control across all service lines of Loenbro's QMS and construction projects. This position combines QA/QC field and office responsibilities with document management ensuring all quality procedures, records, inspections, and turnover packages are accurate, compliant, and audit ready. This role collaborates closely with construction, fabrication, project controls and project teams to support project delivery while maintaining alignment with company and industry quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review QMS documented procedures in accordance with code, drawings, specifications
  • Review procedures and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, AISC, NACE, NEC, ACI)
  • Assist with document creation of pressure testing plans and execution
  • Review and manage documented NCR/RCA reports for completion and closure
  • Provide training and guidance to inspectors and field personnel when needed
  • Organize, maintain, and archive project documentation and digital records
  • Ensure version control and accurate tracking of revisions across all documents
  • Provide support for record keeping for inspection logs, quality records, and compliance reports
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality management systems and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with Internal business lines and production teams to resolve documentation issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in QA/QC document control within industrial or construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of document control for code compliance processes
  • Experience with quality management systems and project documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret codes, technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, AISC, AWS, API, ISO, NEC, ACI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
  • Experience with NDT methods and reporting
  • Experience supporting industrial construction or fabrication projects
