Izzio Artisan Bakery in Thornton, CO is hiring experienced Quality Assurance Technicians (Food Production) to join our growing team. You will conduct daily food safety and quality inspections, audits, and document controls as part of our QA program.
In this role you’ll monitor labeling, weights, and processing parameters, support GMP/HACCP compliance, and collaborate with the QA Manager to ensure top-quality bread production. On-site, 1st shift with competitive pay of $25-27/hr.
